Founded in 1992, IOC SpA manufactures office furniture and partition walls. IOC SpA is a leading company in the international design furniture sector for collective and work environments.
IOC SpA has an administrative and commercial office in Giussano (MB) and an operational site in Inverigo (CO). The latter specialises in the processing of aluminium bars.
IOC SpA implements a quality policy aimed at:
- Consistently guaranteeing customer satisfaction;
- Understanding how the market sector is developing and always staying at the forefront;
- Being the ones who bring innovation to their market;
- Continuously improving the quality of its products;
- Remembering that the success of customers runs parallel to that of the company;
- Defining and achieving objectives for the continuous improvement of its performance.
To implement these objectives, IOC SpA undertakes to:
- Implement and continuously improve a Quality Management System;
- Design, develop and manage activities and processes by proactively assessing possible impacts in advance, identifying the best available solutions as early as possible to reduce or eliminate any repercussions on product quality;
- Review the Quality Management System and this policy itself as a tool for continuous improvement, in particular by improving operational processes, measuring performance and comparing it with the set objectives in order to correct any deviations;
- Develop training and awareness for all people working under its control, to promote and encourage behaviour aligned with this Policy;
- Ensure adequate resources for the achievement of the objectives.
This policy is based on the awareness that maximum commitment and participation from all IOC SpA collaborators is necessary for its implementation in a context of continuous improvement. Therefore, it is communicated within the organisation for the purposes of understanding and application, and is made available to all external interested parties.
The Management, aware of the above, undertakes to provide its financial contribution and firm support for the principles stated.
